Hi, my name is Susan Ivy, Office Manager at Chiro-Med of Belleville. I have been a member of this amazing team for 18 years. Chiropractic along with running and nutrition are my Passions. The past year has brought many changes, including my first Race, being asked to be a board member of the Pioneering Healthier Communities Group and an advisory board member for Get up & Go. Being a living example of what we want to promote in the community is one of my greatest accomplishments.
Hi, my name is Beth Lind. I am a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant at the O’Fallon office. Health, Wellness and Chiropractic have made such a big impact on my life. I am so excited to be a part of the Chiro-Med team and to be part of an organization that changes so many lives. I have been blessed with a wonderful husband & daughter and in my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Hi, my name is Cindy Olson. As the Weight Loss Director for Chiro-Med, I am excited to help people lose weight and get healthy! My greatest joys are my 2 children, Brendan and Caylie. In my free time, I love playing with my children, running, cycling, and being outdoors.

Hi, my name is Cynthia Walston. I am a Front Office Chiropractic Assistant. I have been at Chiro-Med for almost 10 years. By being up front I see people coming in with pain and leaving feeling much better. It is neat to see that every day. In my spare time, I enjoy taking care of my dog, bubbles. It’s going to be a pleasure seeing you at Chiro-Med.
Hi, my name is Pamela Salsman. I am the Therapeutic Exercise Assistant as well as the Filing Expert at our Belleville Office. My husband Doug and I have a wonderful daughter, son-in-law, 2 grand-daughters and 1 grandson. We take pride in spoiling each and every one of them, adequately. We also have a Jack Russel Terrier that seems to be mad at the world as he wants to bark and chase everything. I am proud and happy to be a part of the Chiro-Med family. My greatest joy is knowing that I help our patients attain a pain free lifestyle.
Hi, my name is La Tisha Pettiford. I am the Custodian of Records at our Belleville Office. I am the oldest child of Alonzo and Vickey and blessed to have 2 younger brothers, Eric and Raymond. Although I have only been here a short time, my co-workers managed to help see myself through another set of eyes. I am proud to say that I have completed my first 5K run. My co-workers and the patients here at Chiro-Med have motivated me to become a better ME.
Hi, my name is Carol Silch, Clinic Associate and AKA “Carl”. I am a new addition to the Belleville Chiro-Med Family. However, my husband, Glen and I have been a part of this community for many years. Working with patients is very rewarding. It is truly amazing to see a patient’s transformation towards wellness. I love meeting people and I look forward to meeting you!
Hi, my name is Callie Newton. I am a Public Relations Chiropractic Assistant at the O’Fallon office. Chiro-Med has affected my life in a big way. I ruptured two disks in my back and thanks to chiropractic adjustment, I am now pain free and able to enjoy all my favorite hobbies like rock climbing, biking and hiking. I am also on Ideal Protein, Chiro-Meds weight-loss program. I have lost thirty lbs in just a few months and I am still steadily losing weight. In my free time, I am working towards a degree in Psychology and I enjoy spending time with my very big family, my fiancé Chris, and our animals; our dog Blitz and our two cats Jade and Onyx.
